Villain has knowingly raised it to 3xbb (1/5 of BB's stack) from under the gun into several larger stacks behind him, knowing that he'd probably be correct in calling any type of push. I'm not sure what hand range you put him on, but I personally would not want to be cold-calling UTG+1. Preflop I think folding > pooshing > cold-calling.

Postflop I think it depends on the table texture. In a tight-passive table I think you can forego this call if you think you are a better player. In a more aggressive game, however, you are in bad shape if you fold, and in the same breath, you can put yourself at a huge advantage if you call and win, in which case I think the risk is worth the potential payout.

If you think your a far better played than UTG, folding isnt a bad option. There will be better spots to put all your money in where you will have the best of it. However, having the nut flush draw makes your hand very powerful with 2 cards to come. Your also have 2 overcards. This is a pot that could put you in great position to win 2.4k, and for that reason I'd probably call. Unless, of course, you are confident that you can outplay your opponents in the long run. Sucks you didnt hit the flush card tho. Was the ace good?

Man this is a tough spot. What is your read on UTG? Has he been aggressive? tight?

It's doubtful that villain flopped a flush because it's an utg raise and you've got the Ace of diamond in your hand. It's also doubtful that villain has aces or kings. So you've got 14 or 15 outs against a pocket pair, 12 outs againsts AQ/AK, and 9 outs againsts a set of queens or nines. There's 7800 in the pot already though so you gotta call.

If you have a tight image though, why not reraise preflop? Villain lays 99-JJ and AQ/AJ here a lot of times and you don't have to make tough decisions on the flop when you miss.

This is fairly read dependant. If UTG has been tight, then I don't think that all of your outs are live, he's representing a made hanad. He's making it very expensive to draw to the flush. I think his most likely holdings are AA, KK, probably KK [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Other possibilities are he flopped a set and doesn't want to let you draw cheap.

Its a tough spot, as you're either a slight favorite or dog. I might opt to fold here, very read dependant.

Final Table had just begun, didn't really have any reads on UTG. and I'm not inclined to push a 20+BB stack w/ AK preflop, I did however probably make a mistake considering I thought I could outlast many of the players at the table and was at least on par with them.

Results
UTG had black AA, turn and river brick, and I'm low stack w/4700. next hand dealt TT and push, get raised in by JJ, flop T, and end up finishing 7th when I push in 12k 1k/2k UTG w/ 8 left, instapush by other stack w/ JJ, and instacall by BB shorter than me w/ AK, JJ holds, I go out in 7th and AK wishes he hadn't gotten involved.
