20/40 = no love??

20-40 (full). No reads.

Hero is UTG+1 w/ A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. UTG limps. Hero raises. Two middle players call, as well as the early limper. 9.5sbs and 4 players to the flop.

FLOP:T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

UTG checks, Hero BETS, 1st MP RAISES, 2nd MP RE-RAISES. UTG Folds. Hero.....??

Cap and bet out on the turn to see where you stand. There's a fair chance that one opponent has an overpair to the board and that the other is on a draw looking for a free card.

calls and looks at the turn and sees what the action is.

Yep, gotta cap bet out in my view. 1st reraiser could have a flush draw, a ten, jacks, etc. 2nd reraiser probal has an over pair in my view. Would any ratioanl person want to force UTG and Hero out with a flush draw? No. He has a hand, and it could be a set or an over pair with 2 pair being unlikely for obvious reasons. Capping and betting out provides the most information AND the most value for probably the best hand. If the turn is raised and both players call, I think the hand can be tossed.

Say I cap the flop, bet a blankish turn, MP1 calls and MP2 raises me. Toss or continue?

I probably toss here. Does it change anything if MP1 folds?

I think I toss the raise, cursing the whole way. Of course, I say that, but with the leaks in my game, I might actualyl call. BUT I think the correct play is to fold. IF MP1 folds to your bet I call, check call. Again, cursing the whole way.

What does MP1 folding have to do with anything? If he calls we're putting him on a flush draw (or a pair we beat). MP2 is the problem here.

OP said no reads right? Sorry but i'm not mucking AA on a T-high board against random unknowns that might be raising the turn w/ A6 of spades.

Even if OP is against 67 or T7 he's got counterfeit outs, especially if MP folds. If he's against a set, that sucks, but I think the information gained is probably worth it if you plan on being in the game for a while.

kinda of a protected pot, so the raise has more strength behind it.

Hero caps and leads the turn. You can't fold, there are tons of top pair and flush draw type hands that will get aggressive. You can't call and check, as many of those hands will glady take the free card on the turn. So you raise and lead. Simple.

Good luck.
