Back from borgata

Aside from a weekly home game, i rarely get a chance to play in casinos. Boy have i been missing some good action. I played the NL 1-2 table on wednesday for only a few hours and was able to turn a very nice profit without much problem.

More important than the lack of good players, the tells these guys give off are picture perfect. There were 2 that jumped out.

Player 1- Whenever a river card hit that didn't help his hand, he would start shaking his head yes and then he would throw out a medium sized bet/bluff. It was like taking candy from a baby.

Player 2- if he was bluffing he would get very aggressive. Almost to the point of getting into a fight with someone at the table after he was asked for a chip count. Unfortunately, he busted before i had a chance to take him for much.

Player 3- when this guy would hit a good hand he would act like he just lost his family in a car wreck. would reluctantly call or throw out a bet.

A few others were more modest tells, but enough to provide me with some added info before making a decision.

I play a ton of online poker, but i feel like i am really missing out on some good live action.

I LOVE Player #3.. These guys are a dime a dozen in that NL game.

Anytime somebody is shaking there hand, get the hell out of the way..

Haha, I have terribly high anxiety so when I sit at a poker table. Everyone always thinks I have a huge hand because my hands shake. It proves to my advantage after a while.
