Littlewoods Casino Bonus Question

I joined Littlewoods last month to play their monthly poker bonus. They also gave me a 50 Pound no-risk casino bonus with a 20x WR. I played that off today but lost the 50 Pounds. My cashier's page looks very strange now.

Before playing: Balance = 197 pounds. Withdrawal Limit = 147 pounds. The extra 50 pounds was the pending bonus.

Now, after playing and losing 50 pounds: Balance = 147 pounds [makes sense]. Withdrawal limit = 172 pounds. What?!

How can my WD limit be 25 pounds more than my Balance, especially after I just lost the 50-pound pending bonus? What does this mean?

Re: Littlewoods Casino Bonus Question

the initial 50 pound Littlewoods casino bonus is actually two separate 25 pounds bonuses cleared back to back, released in 500 WR requirements. so looks like you cleared the first 25 chunk before you fell below your original cash balance. the adjusted withdrawal amount indicates that if you went back above 172 pounds while clearing the second bonus, you would still have up to 25 pounds not yet withdrawable. if your balance went above 25 pounds over your original cash balance, then it would be your withdrawable funds.

examples -
a) $25 bonus not cleared yet
playable - 147
withdrawable - 172

b) you win some back, but not cleared bonus yet
playable - 189
withdrawable - 172

c) you win more than the uncleared bonus
playable - 248
withdrawable - 223 (play balance minus 25)

once you clear the bonus, then playable and withdrawable will be the same, whether you finish above or below your original cash balance.

Re: Littlewoods Casino Bonus Question

I had to read your reply a couple of times, but I think I got it. Thanks.

I was playing BJ at 1 pound a hand. Needed to play 1000 hands to clear the entire bonus. I quit when I got down 50 pounds after 933 hands. So, I missed clearing the entire thing by 67 pounds.

Just for kicks, I went into the cashier withdrawal screen to see if I could cash out the 172 they say my WD limit is. Of course, I could only cash out the 147 if I wanted to.

This leads me into next month's bonus. If I deposit 25 pounds into the casino for their 25 pound matching bonus, will I have to wager 500 pounds, or 567 (making up today's shortfall) to clear everything?
