I want to create an ING Direct online savings account. Don't they give away $25 if someone refers me?

Is it easy to have Neteller switch the link between my old checking account this ING Direct one?

I just want to make sure its easy to go from Neteller --> ING

According to an E-mail I got from Neteller you have to call them up and verify everything over the phone if/when you want to make the switch. They didn't mention everything involved but it certainly won't be as easy as clicking a few links in a browser and poof it's done.
