Should I just order through Conjeco, does Amazon or retail stores have it yet?

Hi DOTT:

ConJelCo orders are being filled right this instance. Books to Amazon, Borders, Waldedbooks, B&N, etc, have been shipped. But first they go to a warehouse and then get distributed from there. So it should be a few more days before Volume II starts to appear at these souces.

The two stores here in Las Vegas also have the book in stock.

I think the fastest is Conjelco. I received GSIH a few days before Amazon had it in stock.

I called Gambler's Warehouse in LV and they are shipping it to me. Probably have it Wednesday.
