Awful Prima customer service.
 

Tried to sign up for the $100K freeroll satellite today at 7Sultans. I needed to sign up for the one that is tonight. They had randomly put me in the Sunday satellite which I can not play (guess they don't understand that some people occasionally have things to do other than poker?). Anyway, I ask to be moved into the one that is tonight and this is the response.

"Ryan, I do apologize but the lists of players have already been sent to
players and the tourneys are already loaded.

Due to this we will not be able to change the group that you are in."

This is obviously false, as there have been around 70 new signups in the last hour, as I have been watching the tourney lobby.

After the scads of money this site has made from me from rake, I must ask.. how can a poker site be this incompetent not to grant such a simple request?
