Best 2+2 books for moving up in limit and starting NL?

Just wondering what some of the regulars feel are the best 2+2 books to start with for moving up to higher limit games (I usually play 2/4, 3/6, and 4/8 live and am looking to move up a bit) and also expanding into live no-limit games.

Thanks in advance,

EZ

In brief Theory of Poker, Super system, harrington on holdem, Ciaffones books...

You'll get a better answer from the Books forum. But don't post this question cause it's posted several times a week. Maybe you could try out the search engine too.

Ciaffone's book is okay for NL, probably the best thing out on the market. I'm lukewarm about its NL section since it's so short, but it does emphasize the importance of stack size. Harrington's book taught me a lot, essential to read it.

For limit, Baron wrote a while back that SSH is all you need until you get to like 30/60 or 40/80 where HPFAP takes over.
Makes sense to me.

I'm trying to build up a roll for 6/12 in my local card room also. Going to be grinding like a madman this week. Hope your quest goes well.
