One of those \"Woops\" Hands
Reads on Villain: he's been calling all in with his draws and hitting them. A generally fishy player.
I figured his min-bet meant high club looking for a cheap card, and I've seen him call all in with just a flush before. Given that information, is this still a bad play? Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 5 handed) converter Hero ($35.05) SB ($54.64) BB ($25.5) UTG ($28.65) MP ($51.95) Preflop: Hero is Button with 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Re: One of those \"Woops\" Hands
The odds of you flopping a flush are about 1/170 (something like that), either way, its slim odds.
What are the chances that two of you flopped a flush? No matter what, if I flop a flush, unless there is an allin, call, call, I will not fold. Good play. Did you end up winning? -Google- |
Re: One of those \"Woops\" Hands
PF is fine, always good to mix it up a bit.
I don't like the huge bet. You have the lowest possible flush and I don't really see a hand here that would call $33 or 132 big blinds (!!) with anything less than a flush. |
Re: One of those \"Woops\" Hands
knowing that he has and probably will call all in with nothing but a flush draw, then I like the play.
You floppped it and it's a low chance someone else flopped one as well. Plus, you have the open ended straight flush draw which means that he has alot (ok, 2) less outs than he thinks he does. |
