Are there any poker sites that accept debit cards or atm cards?

Pokerroom.com offers Delta or Switch transactions. Cashing out to my Delta card is a beautiful thing indeed.

If you are in Canada and have an online banking account, then TruePoker.com has a payment option (UseMyBank) that allows real time transfers into your poker account.

This might not help right away, but...

Have you considered getting a Visa debit card? It's identical to a credit card except the money comes directly out of your account, and there are absolutely no fees or charges. Mastercard and Amex probably have similar things.

There are no credit checks since it's like a bankcard (your own money)

it really depends on your bank whether or not the transfer will go through.
