Does this work?

To lazy to do the math, I'll never do it as I make a lot more per hour playing my normal games.

Thought it was intersting, saw it on another forum

Feel free to add this to the website! Enjoy.

Heres what you need.

1) At last a 7000.00 bankroll
2) A full 24 hour block of time from midnight to midnight.
3) already be entered with a rake back

Thats it! Last night I was "pokering" like a 9 to 5 smuck. Came across the site, and started to read the forum. The I became inspired by what I read. Ya, you do have to point and click the mouse which sucks, but it's worth it because it's free money, right?

Anyway, I wasn't satisfied to just follow the path of whores before me. Not me, no Sir, I want to contribute! Give something back to the whoring community if you will. So I started thinking, "I know Empire has a VIP program, the nerve, bet I can find a way to make them pay!"

So here's the scam! Exactly at midnight, start joining every 10.00 multi-table tournament. Sit & Go multi's should be starting all the time, but don't neglect the special and regular multi's too. Now, start going all in every hand until you win or lose the tournament. This is neccessary because you need to enter about 25 multi's an hour. You need to avoid limit tournies as they take a while to lose.

Here's the math to show how this works out.

25 tournies/ hr = 625 tournies a day.
625 x 11.00 = 6875.00 in total entry fees(including fees)
Every 10,000 EP Points = $100.00 (trade them in for 100.00 coupons)
625 (total entry fees) x .25 (percent rake back) = 156.25

Ok, you get 1 EP point for every 1 dollar in fees, plus the number of multi's per day squared times 2.

EP points= 625 x 625 = 390,625 x 2 = 781,250 + 625 = 781,875.00

Trade these EP points in for cash.

781,875.00 / 10,000 = 78.1875 x 100 = $7.818.75

So,

7,818.75 + 156.25 - 6875.00 = $1,100.00 Riskless Investment!!! Obviously, if you can do slightly more torunies an hour you will make even more

I *think* Empire only counts tournament fees (IE the $2 in a 20+2) as fees paid.

Doh!

Re: Does this work?

The real question is would you want to try it? Given Empire's recent actions in banning players, would you want to try something that was posted in a public forum (here and BonusWhores)?

Yeah. Give that a run and let us know how it works out for you. Before ya do, though, ya might to reread the FAQ on how points are awarded for tournaments.

Re: Does this work?

Im not trying it and I never will, as I stated earlier I make more per hour playing poker so there is no point in doing this for me anyways.

I just thought it was intersting and wondered if the math was right.
