2 questions:

1-- What are Cryptos
2-- Please suggest a site that will help me gather stats of my play.

Thanks

Welcome to the forums!

Crypto is a site that you can play at. I've never played there. I would just stick to Party and Stars (Stars for nano-limits).

www.pokertracker.com has all the stuff you need. Yes, it is well worth $55. It paid for itself at .5/1 very very quickly. I would buy it again at many times its listed price.

Welcome! Be sure to be active here, posting and reviewing hands. Doing so made me a winning player.

I'll second the Poker Tracker purchase, now that it is going to be offering backend postgresql support it's going to be twice as good.

Well worth the money.

PS: And make sure you head to the software forum and track down GameTime+ (Playerview is another alternative that costs a bit of cashola that I believe offers some additional features but I know some people complain that it's buggy. Might be worth checking out too.) GameTime+ is free.

Yes. PV costs $50. I use it, and I think that it too is well worth it. However, I would not use it for my first HUD. Grab GT+ and get a feel for it and then switch to PV if you want the extra features (automatically loading the tables pretty much made the deal for me )

If I could start all over again, I would take the previous advice...Pokerstars nano-limits...PT and GT+...they have improved my game...

Also, a thorough understanding of Small Stakes Hold'em by Sklansky, Miller, and Malmuth will be extremely helpful...

Also post hands and reply to other posts..

Welcome..

Thanks for the input.

On my 3rd reading of SSH. That in itself paid for itself in the first couple days.
