I would like one, but do not think I want it sent to South Africa (I just ordered $78 worth of poker books/DvD's from AAmazon and paid more in P&amp;P + toll!)

I have been very busy. I did not even finish whoring the crypto's last month. (1st time in over 2 years).

I'll fix it all soon. Our season ended Tuesday.

1. How much for shipping to Europe (Sweden/etc)?

2. How about the American size system; is American XL equal to European XL? (I can see them coming, but no witty replies, please.) I'm an European L, but when wearing t-shirts I opt for XXL, much more comfortable. Will I drown in an American XXL?
