Alternate for Ultramon?

Is there an alternative to ultramon that is free. My trial just ran out and I don't feel like paying $40 to extend my toolbar across to my second monitor.

Just buy the dang thing. If you are to cheap or not making enough money to buy ultramon then quit playing poker.

I use nView which came bundled with my nvidia video card...

Where in NView is the option to extend the taskbar? I cant seem to find it?
