scared of utg limper, fold 88 to min raise?

a few orbits earlier, utg limped with KK in the same position, which is the only hand i have seen him call with. utg+1 is new to the table, i dont know what he would be min raising with. i was scared of being caught in a 'squeeze' so, even though i might have called usually, i couldnt decide what the right play with gven the read.

utg might be limping with a variety of hands, since he has one of the larger stacks on the table he might just want to see some flops, who knows, i see alot of big stacks do this, then fold to a minimal raise, since you ahve a nice sized stack, i would call and see a flop, and get out if utg reraises big.
Also helpful to know what the buy in is for this eventand maybe how many til the bubble and things like this
