Live $2-5 NL hand, AA, good turn decision?
 

Kinda new to the forum, looking for some feedback on the turn play in the hand below.

Live $2-5 NL game
Hero $1400
Villian $3000, he is the big stack at the table, been drinking and playing 75% of the pots and really pushing the table around with his stack. Villian does not play great, but is super aggressive with a big stack and will play any two like there AA. His most recent showdown was 5-2off which he cracked KK with.

Hero is UTG with AcAd and opens for $20. Villian (MP) and Button call blinds fold.

FLop 3s-4c-8s pot $67

Hero bets $40, villian raises to $90, button folds.

I'm sure I'm ahead at this point and as fast as he is playing, I know he will bet it big if I check to him on the turn, so my plan was to check raise him big on the turn.

Turn: 4s pot $247

I check Villian bets $190. This is where I need help...the turn card froze me, the way he was playing it was very possible to have helped him as he was jamming with 2nd pair and draws.
Is a big check raise the correct play here?
Is it a better line to check call the turn and river?
Any thoughts would be appreciated...

Bet the pot on the flop.
Call his raise.
Bet around 3/4 pot on the Turn. If he raises, fold. If he calls, check/call a reasonably bet on the river.
