Nick Frangos, Said he turned 10k into 1mil. one year!
 

Anyone know what limits he played to build that bankroll? That sounds pretty hard to do in one year of live games with 10k to start.

I turned $52 into 95k in 5 months of part-time play, so yeah, I'd say it's doable.

Pretty sure he did it mainly in the highest level stud games in AC, what, 200-400 usually? Prolly started lower, maybe a shottish 50-100 or so.

mostly stud... 20/40 to 30/60 to 75/150 to 200/400 (some 3/6 and 4/8 mixed in).

throw some 50-100 and 100-200 HE in there too.

I used to see him down in AC at the Taj every weekend a year or two ago.

Mostly SNG's, with a nice run in 5-10 through 25-50 NL thrown in.

At the end though, I turned 31K into 5k in a week, which is FAR more impressive....

I've been on similar runs so i'm FAR from impressed. When i've done it, i think that "disgusted" would be a much better word

I used to deal to Nicky at Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. He usually played $75-$150 HOE or SHOE. He's a solid player with no fear. He did these levels (with some backing I think) for a few years. He just recently started playing tournies and NL. That's where he's made great strides.

I turned $200 into 35K in 6 weeks...it is not hard.
