Bank roll question
 

How big of upswings/downswings do you go on/do you consider ok. in the past 2 days ive been up about 100BB and down about 100BB. is that right/normal? I understand the importance of a large bankroll, i have no problem there. but could these swings be attributed to loose/sloppy play on my part or is that just the normal way of the world.

These swings are quite possible. If you want to know if you're a competent poker player you should start responding to hand examples, (without looking at the other replies), and see if your advice matches up with everyone elses.
