turned straight, river fold?

local 4/8 everyone relevant in this hand is very passive and for the most part confused except myself, who is on a massive rush and living large, eating cheap casino cafe food and listening to 50 cent on my headphones. life is good. in this hand im the sb with 58h, 4 limpers utg utg2 co button i complete and the bb checks

flop
7s9cth
i check, as does everyone else
turn
7s9cth(js)
ding ding i bet call call call the co raises, hes generally not horrible, but certainly not very good. he prolly has an 8 here most of the time the button calls 2 colds i call the bb calls utg utg2 fold 4 left for the river
9s
i check the bb bets, prolly has a good hand for him to bet at this river as he is a fairly timid and passive player the co calls the button raises and i fold bb calls co calls

thoughts? its tough to wanna call with just an 8 on that board vs suddenly active passive players.

I would call here 100% of the time.
