Hand 2 for analysis

Party Poker $100NL 6-max

Villain is loose and weak and seems to be playing on scared money. He likes to semibluff a lot, but usually shuts down when facing resistance. He has hit a couple hands and has you covered. You have $150.

You are dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on the button
Folded to you and you make it $5.
Villain calls $5 from the big blind.

Flop (~$10) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villain leads $10
You raise to $35
Villain raises $250 and is all in.

How often do you call this?
Does that percentage change significantly if you have KK or QQ, or if you don't have a high spade.

Re: Hand 2 for analysis

lol, I know what villain has so it's easy to figure out what is right.

Anyway, given your description of villain, I wouldnt count him on making a move on me here right now so I'd fold. Im either slighlty ahead of way behind, more likely the latter.

It doesnt really change much if I have KK, QQ or a non-spade AA. Those questions come into play if I am fairly sure he doesnt have a made hand that beats me yet.

If he's a donkey, you'll have alot better spots than this
to stack him. Easy fold.

So the outcome has been all but posted, but I call here in a hell of a lot of spots. If I knew Villain well enough (which it seems you do), you might be able to find a fold.

Bump... I'd like to hear some more comments from this side of the coin, ignoring what opponent has from the Hand 1 analysis thread.

Thanks everyone for your comments so far.
