Re: Chip Spewing?

I wouldn't have re-raised preflop.

The rest is played fine.

Re: Chip Spewing?

I would raise more preflop, to at least 3. Other than that I think it's fine.

Re: Chip Spewing?

You'd raise him back over 2x the pot and 6x his original raise?

Re: Chip Spewing?

His raise was a min-raise, and yes I always raise more than the pot preflop and often more than 2x the pot at Party 25.

I like to put pressure on my opponents as well as slightly define their hands.

The hand is fine. Standard continuation bet with your over cards and gut shot. What are you concerned about? The flop bet?

This is a standard re-raise pre-flop. In fact on party I'd re-raise to at least $2.5

Re: Chip Spewing?

Oh, I'm sorry, I was confused. I thought the BB was $.10

In that case the hand is fine and I agree with everything anyone else has said (or will say).

Re: Chip Spewing?

What I get concerned about with these hands is that I fire on the flop, get called, and by both checking the turn im inviting a river bet that I can't call. Should I have led out the turn as well, or is that extremely read dependant (I dont have any)
