Calling down with high cards- BB

Villain is 20/13 preflop, and very aggressive after the flop. I've played a bunch of hands with him, but I'm not too sure what he thinks of me. Is this call down standard?

Re: Calling down with high cards- BB

A very aggressive player is going to raise this flop with all sorts of draws, flush, straight, overcards with backdoors, etc.

As such, calling the flop and turn look okay - if only to try and hit your overcards. However, your A outs may be tainted...and when he continues betting on the river the likelihood of his being on a draw goes down...

However, having gotten there I likely call...that doesn't mean it's right though.
