help--computer illiterate
 

i am trying to instal poker tracker on my desktop (its already on my laptop) and it downloads fine but when i go to run it and sign my username in it says "unrecognizable database format," what does this mean and how do i fix it? sorry if its a dumb question but i am not great with this kind of stuff and i had no problems with it on my laptop. thanks.

You may have different versions of Access running on these machines. You will probably get more help on this topic by visiting the poker tracker forums though (http://www.pokertracker.com/forum/)
