Atlantic City Question

Gonna be in Atlantic City for three hours tomorrow night. Roughly from 9pm-12pm. Anybody know what casinos deal a $2/$4 Limit game or a $100 buy in NL game during these hours?

Re: Atlantic City Question

Taj, Borg, Trop all have 2-4 pretty much all the time. Taj has a cheap NL game, 1-2 blinds, don't know the buy in. Not sure about NL elswhere.

AC all has $300 buyin 1/2 NL games, trop, taj, borg. I suggest avoiding the Borg as you'll spend most of your time waiting for a seat (heck all of it during that time period).

if you want to get right on a table you might want to try ballys even though it is a nasty smoking room.

The Borgata and the Taj have both

I would say that the Trop is your best choice. The Borgata is out of the question because of the wait and the Taj is just plain dirty. Trop is a great room w/ good management and a better atmosphere.

How bad is the Borg wait on a week afternoon/night these days (for low limit/small NL?)

Re: Atlantic City Question

afternoon isnt too bad at all on a weekday, especially before 4 (check-in time) - as the night goes on, it gets worse, but still nothing even close to a weekend - you can also call the poker room after you get thru the 50 cent tolls and find out how long the wait list is for whatever limit, and then make your decision as to which casino you're going to head to

Re: Atlantic City Question

I like to rotate of the three places between the day. Maybe Trop in the afternoon, Taj in the evening, Borgata at late night. Borgata for 2/4 will surely have the biggest waiting list, so the early you plan to go, the better.
