Excel Question
 

I'm using the control+shift+: short cut to input the current time. Is there a way to format the cell so that when I use the shortcut, it adds 3 hours to the time. I'm logging my Poker sessions in Pacific time but I want them in Eastern so they match up with the time on most sites.
