Neteller question(s)
 

Can any random 18 year old open a Neteller account? Do you need a credit card(I didn't think you did, but I had read something here that gave me the impression that a credit card was needed)? Do you need to link the Neteller account to your bank acocunt, or is that only if you want to deposit/withdraw from one to the other?

Neteller runs a credit check on you basically to ensure that you exist. For me, i never have had a credit card so nothing came up on there check. In order for me to get a neteller account i had to go to the social security office and get a "3rd party verification". after i did that i was able to get an account after i faxed them the paperwork.

What do you mean by "third party verifaction"? What paper work....?
