Any statistics out there can test if this observation came from Uniform Destribution?

As of n=42, it was not statistically distinguishable from uniform. It would be tough to get a result so early, though.

What test did you use to determine that it was not distinguishable from uniform?

Chi square. Search the net for that or "goodness of fit test." It should be in most stats books.
