first 10-20 game
 

I play many live 5-10 holdem games and do very well. Tonight i will play 10-20 for the first time. I will still play the correct starting hands in the correct spots and find out the tight-loose agg-pass of the game. Is there any other major adjustments I should look for besides buy in.

Just play well. When you're at the table, don't think of yourself as a 5-10 player who is looking to step up. Sit with your $1000 (...or whatever you buy in with) and focus on your game.

Expect to see some of the same awful type players you see at 2-4. Just less of them.

Maybe live but online I think there are more at the 10/20's
