KJs when do you give credit to Axs

Absolute Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (8 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
Hero calls, 1 fold, MP1 calls, 3 folds, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, MP1 calls, SB folds, BB raises, Hero calls, MP1 calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB bets, Hero raises, MP1 calls, BB 3-bets, Hero caps, MP1 calls, BB calls.

River: (15.50 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, MP1 calls, BB raises, Hero calls, MP1 calls.

Final Pot: 21 BB

Hands like this make me wonder how bad I really am. I call the flop fearing 2 pair, cap the turn fearing the worst, and bet the river thinking villain had lost his mind only to get check-raised

Raise preflop.
3-bet the flop.

Your seeing too many monsters. If a smile doesn't light up when you flop this, you need a poker re-evulation.

3 bet the flop, everything else looks ok.
What was MP1 doing in that hand? Looks like a donator to me!

Noted, I think my current downswing could be doing this. Suggestions?

Read SSHE, if you have already then re-read it. I'm rereading it today after a bit of a downswing yesterday made me wonder what the hell I was doing not raising certain hands preflop.

Please explain why you wouldn't raise preflop with KJs?

Your preflop and flop play in this hand aren't exactly stellar. Maybe missing out on these bets is the cause of the downswing?
