TotalBet bonus problem
 

I just played my 5 hours on TotalBet (5 hours get you 25gbp) I received the emails saying I got the 25gpb. When I go to the cashier the 25gpb was added to my balance but its not added to my withdrawl limit. So yes I got the bonus but no I can't withdraw it. I emailed them 8 hours ago no response yet. Anybody else have this problem?

That's the casino bonus. The poker bonus WAS added to your withdrawable balance.

When you deposit there (or UK Betting), that 25 will show up as a difference; it has nothing to do with the poker bonus, you can clear that 25 in the casino by wagering $1K. You have no evidence of the poker bonus other then the emails (sometimes), it may appear in your statement with the code PRM (I forget if it does at TB), and your balance will increase. In the future, track what you start and stop you sessions with to see if you have received the bonus the bonus.
