30+3 buy in PokerStars Questions from last night.

Payout is:
1. $1017
2. $678
3. $409
+ 4-9...

We were down to the last 3... 1 guy has like T100,000, 1 guy has T40,000, and I have T27,000.

I start gambling a bit, and I end up doubling through the big stack to like T55,000 (66 vs his overcards).

Our stacks in a while end up being...
1. 47,500 other guy (55Lucky55)
2. 57,500 ME
3. 65,000 guy is still chip leader (ShyTalk)

The chip leader is from England, so he offers us a 3 way chop (it was 4AM in England at the time)... I definitely had the momentum at this time... would you take the deal? $700 a piece.

I figured I was definitely getting the best of it by taking the deal because I needed to win the tournament to do any better then that. What would others have done?

I almost never excepted because I didn't know the guys, and I didn't know if they would give me my share of the money... but they did... Thank-You ShyTalk and 55Lucky55.

So would you have done the deal (with strangers on the internet),

Just curious....

How do you execute a deal on the Internet? I mean, you can't just send someone money from your account, right?

You can send other people money via PayPal, though I'm not sure this is how online deals work.

On pokerstars you just have to tell the cashier to transfer money from one account to another... Therefore you have to trust the guy who "wins" the tournament. What you do is all go all-in until 1 person has all the money, and ask the cashier to chop it...

That is why it is pretty scary doing it with someone you don't know... who lives on another continent. but it all worked out..

On PokerStars, if you agree at the table to a deal, email support (all participants of the deal must email support), they take care of it in ten minutes or so.

LOL, he was the one that ended up 'winning' as well, so he did do the transfer... So far your statement is correct.
