After a long poker break, I played 40k hands of 1/2, making 1 BB/100. Then I did something (instantly, nothing like reading a book), and over the next 25k hands, I made 3.6 BB/100. Besides that, I know for certain- beyond any shadow of a doubt- that I am playing better poker.

Both before and after I was 4-tabling while watching television.
