K9s

UTG is decent and will bet a draw.

BB is 98/40 and stupidly aggressive postflop, especially after raises preflop. Somewhat timid postflop if he's just limped in. He's the kind of player that I never see at 5/10.

Everyone else is loose passive.

Not sure about my flop play. If BB had raised preflop then I lead into him because he will auto-raise. However, since he didn't raise PF I can't count on a raise.

River: Is this a value bet?

First I thought about check-calling but I think betting is the best choice.

I'm interested in flop comments, as well.

Re: K9s

Well, according to a guy who was mad that his weak semi-bluff into me failed when I had second pair with two aces on the board, thought it was LUDICROUS that I call the whole way with two aces on the board... you know, because then it's more likely he has one, and I must be a fish for winning a pot with no post-flop raising.

I'd probably bet that river, but I'm not sure I like the passive play too much. I don't mind the flop check-call, since there was an overcard and a call between you and the bettor. However, I think I might've lead the turn when an apparent blank fell. You might even get an A9 to fold.

I often bet the flop, bet the river for sure.
