Get to showdown?
 

In a recent PT check I realized I have been getting to showdown 27%, this is a disaster. So my theme starting today is "get to showdown" In light of that, here is a hand that I think I could possibly have made a costly EV mistake.

I don't think I've seen rory ever say anything other than fold. I think folding the flop here has to be bad.

Over how many hands have you been going to showdown 27% of the time? Are you sure shorthanded is right for you? You might be much happier in full ring games.

I agree with folding the flop. The BB most likely has a bigger pair; with the SB calling your preflop raise his 3-bet is most likely for value and less for isolation. AK is possible, but with so many players its not worth sticking around. MP most likely has a higher flush draw than the Hero.
