error in game=strategy changes

i was scanning the 1on1 section of an online poker site when I saw an unknown player sitting alone at 10/20

I sat, and posted the SB, and to my surprise, it was only $2. my opponent posted a BB of $5. i was dealt A9 and raised. i expected to raise to $10, of course, but instead it was to $20- which would be a standard preflop raise in a 10/20 game, but was 4 times the amount of the $5 BB! betting amounts on the flop, turn, and river were standard 10/20. both myself and my opponent noticed that this was not right, but we continued to play anyway.

i loved this game. basically, my opponent did not adjust his regular HU 10/20 play to fit the smaller blinds.

i wish i ran into situations like this more often. it was a lot fun to have to come up with a whole new adjusted strategy.

i wonder if there are any sites that feature games with unique "house rules". a game of the month type rotation would be ideal.
