Poker Mountain -- Immediate Customer Support Reply

I just sent off an email to customer support at PokerMountain about a question regarding the free entry into their Road to Bellagio SNG qualifiers. This was at 4:30 Sunday morning. I received a reply that actually answered my question (Party should take a lesson here) within 5 minutes! Now that's customer support.

Why aren't more people playing here?

By the way, CS told me I have to play 100 raked hands before I clear the free entry into the SNG. That's exactly what I asked about.

From a personal perspective they have a bug in their system that means anyone out of the US cannot currently deposit.

Other than that - why should people play there?

I tried to play there, the bonus was appealing to say the least,

But try as I might, they just won't accept my money. Support reply promptly every time I mail, but fast replies are only so good when they don't seem to be able to fix the core problem!

What is the current bonus offer there? and how many raked hands to clear? I can't seem to find it on their site.

I downloaded the software 3 times and still cannot get it to open, I was interested in checking the site out but for whatever reason I have a conflict with there software and have been too lazy to try and figure it out.
