does anyone have these chips? are they good quality?
 

hey... looking at buying a new set and figured i'd see if i could get any input on any of these. thanks for any thoughts/comments on them.

First two are dice chips with crowns and different colors. Third are nexgens, according to a lot of people on the board, they are the best budgeted chip option, although I have never used them.

I have the tri-color suited ones (the second link in your post). Generally, I like them, an you will too if you are not bothered by the sound or feel of the 11.5 gram ABS chips. I also have a set of the dice chips and these are even slipperier than those. The folks I play with think they are great looking, but they are not accustomed to playing with real casino chips. If I was able to start over, I would have chosen differently...the Nexgen chips (I think they make the chips in the 3rd link of your post) get a lot of good reviews around here. Get a sample pack from 5star and go from there...

I bought some nexgens, I honestly think they are the best cheap chip out there right now. Of course, I ordered the day before the new colors of the river poker tour chips came out... figures. Order a couple of each kind of chip you like from 5star and figure it out from there.

I ordered them the day before too. Although I have to say the new colors are not attractive. Any day now. I will get mine. WOOT!
