On the .5/1 tables at Party, I play more for fun than $ and can only spend perhaps an hour a day online at the most.
I win marginally more playing TAG than SLAP but I have a hell of a lot less fun.

At B&M,I fit between the maniacs and the rocks (not many TAGs) and SLA does even better. After a year of going to AC (granted not much of a sample), I lost 15 BB first trip, broke even next two and have been + every trip since. The money is ok, but the enjoyment is great. I think the emphasis on wanting to be 15-18% VPIP and super multi-tabling takes a lot of the fun out of poker.

I think winning money is fun. You win the most by playing TAG. Period.

It all depends on your motives for playing the game. Playing only 12% of hands can get a bit boring

Solution: Multiple tables.

You should try DLA (Drunk Loose Aggressive) it's an interesting playing style.
