still no Interpoker PIN
 

it's been over two weeks since ECash said they sent my PIN (Jan 19). Does anyoen know of any situations where it took this long to US? What should I do? I want my damn money. I've heard that their support is terrible. Someone please help me.

Hey Walter,

This same exact scenario happened to me a few months back. Of course it eventually arrived, but it took a long damn time, around 3 weeks.

Their support is atrocious, but I eventually got my PIN by repeatedly sending them calm and articulate inquiries over the course of a couple weeks.

I signed up for all the Cryptos on Jan 22. Still no PIN from any of them. I live in Canada, which is supposed to be 5-10 business days, making today the 10th. I'm assuming this is probably normal, and I will give it another week or so before I start to wonder.

I have accounts at 6 of the Crypto sites and live in Canada as well (Toronto). It took 7-15 days to receive my assortment of PINs.

PokerPlex, Interpoker, and Caribbean Sun took about a week and a half in December.......Total Bet and UK Betting have taken about 2 1/2 weeks so far, but they PROMISE me they are on the way. I'll believe them for now.

Sorry to hear that you all are having this problem, but glad to know I'm not alone.

Stupid question but, is the PIN sent as soon as you signup or do you have to request a cashout first or something. I signed up about a week ago.

The PIN is sent (allegedly) the day following your deposit.
