Flush draw against Rock / TAG type 0.50/1

Villain is Tight Passive / very aggressive postflop. I usually would CR the turn as a default play but decided to try it this way. Better or worse?

Thanks,

How aggressive is he postflop?

I don't mind the turn bet. I think 3-betting the flop along with betting the turn is the best option though. If he will raise the flop with something you are ahead of, you have like 70% PotEquity. Even if he has a pair of 8's (for example), you are the favorite to win the pot if you are not reverse dominated.

A tight player is going to have a set of 8's here, not a pair of 8's. Tight players don't CC PF raises without some good cheese.

Re: Flush draw against Rock / TAG type 0.50/1

I mentioned very aggro postflop in the original post. His coldcall preflop meant a big hand. He was like 14/3/10 in 50 hands or so. There is no way he had a worse hand then me on the flop (worse in the sense of who has the current best pair not equity) but I was a bit torn between 3 betting then and waiting. I decided I really needed the flush or a King to win, estimating 12 outs. I would normally CR the turn but this was sort of an experiment. I think against aggressive opponents this stop n go is nice because they decide you don't have the obvious flush.
