Copying Poker Tracker

My new computer is coming tommorrow so I need to copy poker tracker onto a CD so I can put it on my new computer without losing anything. If I go into my c drive and copy the poker tracker folder onto a CD, will that take care of everything or is there some other step I need to take? I'd appreciate the help of anyone who has done this before.

You'll also want to export your auto-rate rules if you have those setup.
