Flop question after Button A6o steal attempt . KJ6 on the flop
Opponent is a TAG.
I'd guess I'd for sure lay it down after the flop if bet into by a passive player. I wonder if this it is correct to raise on the flop with this hand. k or j is likely holdings for a BB call but of course he can take a shot when he see those 2 cards too. It feels not wrong for me to lay it down but I raised. I'd CR the flop or turn here myself with a k but he bets, worth to consider. If I raise is it correct to bet turn? If he has a king he'd checkraise and a j would call me down and nothing lay it down. Feels like a check would not be wrong cause a 6 to showdown at the river is not shabby. River is easy and just lucky here. Don't need any input here. Any inputs greatly appreciated. thx guys Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. 7 folds, Hero raises, 1 fold, BB calls. Re: Flop question after Button A6o steal attempt . KJ6 on the flop
I'd check behind on the turn and call a bet at the river if I was unimproved. It's very reasonable that BB has a K or J and is prepared to call you down thinking you could be on a steal.
