Cannot open accounts on Party & Empire, It\'s Official
 

Just got this from Empire:

We do understand your concern in regards to have an account with EmpirePoker.
Earlier players had an option to have more than one account in the poker gaming
site that is the reason there are few players who have an account even at
PartyPoker and EmpirePoker.

But recently we have deployed a new system check, which will allow only one
account per person. This check
has been created to prevent collusion at tables and provide you a better poker
environment.

That is the reason why we do not allow a player to open more than one account in
our poker gaming system. You currently have an account with one of the website
that is supported by the same poker system. Thus, creating another account will
not be allowed.

But still if you wish to play on our site then you need to first close your
ýPartyPoker.comý account for which you need to write to ýPartyPoker.comý
requesting them to close your account and once your ýPartyPoker.comý account is
closed then you can creating an account with us I request you to create an
account with a different e-mail address and a different account name from the
one you had and if you are facing any further difficulty while creating then
write back to us with the account name and the e-mail address that you are
trying to open an account so that we can look into that and assist you.

this sounds to me like they are telling you how to have multiple acounts ope(different email and address).

Correct. My friend was unable to open Eurobet account several days ago. He already has Party account. He tried all tricks with registry without success, then even tried to specify his relatives address and different phone - nothing worked.

Has anyone done this successfully the last few days w/clean machine, new IP, and new email addy? Also is it limited to Empire/Party or all skins (pnow/euro/etc...)

try signing up on a computer that's never had Party or party skin software on it, preferably from a different IP address.

I just opened an account for my wife on Party Poker two days ago. She already had one on Empire and I have my own on Party. I was able to successfully sign her up. I also used the same email address and Neteller account that we used to sign her up on Empire. We did have to call in to verify it was ok for her to use my Neteller account, but otherwise they never even asked if we had other accounts.

I did this from the same PC I've played on all along *without* uninstalling any software. However I did get the message about detecting that I already have an account blah blah blah, the first few times, but I just kept switching email address info and after the 3rd or 4th try it worked for me. Maybe that had something to do with it, I'm not sure. But it's certainly an easy thing to try.

It's just not worth it to work from another PC for me, it might be for others. I was only interested in the bonus anyway, so I'll just whore myself to another site.

But I think coming in from a different IP address and a different PC is the ticket. They're either tracking the IP or there is a signature on your pc.

I am glad they're being so protective, but I think it's sort of ridiculous to think I could collude from a table on Party to a table on Empire. Whoever wrote the upgrade must have not been able to differentiate between the two sites.

I'm pretty sure the sign-up restriction only checks if someone with the same email address already has an account in the Party network. Just use a different email address. I quickly created two more Party accounts minutes ago and it worked fine.

So you used the same email or not? Does this mean you originally used the same one but then changed it to something different and it worked?

Also, are you supposed to use the same email or not when signing up at skins? Whenever I search for this I find that you are suppoesed to use the same personal info (name, address, etc) but advice on email address always seems to be different...
