Normandie Casino, worth the drive?
 
anyone been to normandie casino in gardena? i called em up and they were very unclear about the rake, 2 different answers from 2 different people, so anyone know what it is for 2/4 and 4/8? and how is the play? thinking about going there tonight or tommorow for a change

Don't. I used to hang out there in the '80s and it was a dump then. Go to Hustler, or the Bike, or Commerce instead.

It's been a 'dump' for a long time, but I've always
done well there. Admittedly, it's been about two
years since I've gotten that far west, though.

They probably still have a $1 player menu, which
was always very good.

If you don't like it, Hustler is only a few minutes
away.
