Poker Plex 50$ bonus problem
 

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem before. I just started up an account at Poker Plex and made a deposit of 100$ to get the 50$ bonus after playing 300 hands. Since I have an acc. att interpoker I know you should be able to see the bonus when you go to the cashier section. You can see it as the difference between the "withdrawal limit" and the "balance". But something must have gone wrong cause those two are the same.

Anyone had this problem before?

Can it have something to do with me having accounts at Interpoker and Pokerplex with the same username?

I've written to their support, but they're lazy as hell so I thought I'd just see if you guys have experienced this before with Poker Plex.

The $50 is added after 300 hands, there is never any difference between balance and withdrawal.

Are you sure about that? Im just wondering cause they have the exact same "cashier" as Interpoker and there you can see your bonus as the difference between your withdrawal limit and the balance (thats before you have played the correct number of raked hands to get the bonus). So if I deposit 90$ for the 90$ bonus at Interpoker I will have a withdrawal limit of 90 and a balance of 180.

Interpoker shows the pending bonus as you describe, PokerPlex and CaribSun do not. They do it differently than InterPoker does it. You just get the cash added when you clear it (and you get an email to tell you that you got the cash).

InterPoker is the only site where you "see" the bonus. All the other Crypto sites you don't ever see the bonus. Look at your statement and it will say PRM and have a deposit listed. this is your bonus.

At UK Betting and Totalbet, you will see the casino match bonus show up in the cashier, but you cannot clear this in the poker room.

And that's only since Interpoker switched to the 100% match bonus. Before, they had the same system PokerpLex has.
