For inexperienced NL players, I think McEvoy & Daugherty's New Players Guide to NLHE is the best.

I am a mid-level limit player but I want to start with no limit. I am also a decent tournament player. So I don't want a basic book but I also don't want a book written for $1000 buy-in games either.

Any suggestions?

Kevin
