I think betting the Flop is of marginal value at best. The hero has to stick it through to the River but can easily loose control of the hand along the way. Drawing to a split is also likely since the pot is multiway and that 7 is not an out. That said, I think a Flop c/r looks good if the bet comes from LP, otherwise check/call the Flop and reevaluate on the Turn.
