Is there a short hand primer or guide somewhere?

Hey all,
I've made the jump from 3/6 full to 5/6 6-max and I'm wondering if there's a newbie guide somewhere or if anyone can give me some pointers on how to adapt.
Thanks,
Warmonk

I just made the jump. Still working on it acutally. You have a lot to learn (at least i did and do), but you'll start getting used to short handed play after about 2,500+ hands.

Things to note:
-You have to mostly play hands only worth a raise, which you should do a lot of. Be very aggressive in general.
-Position is very important, use it to your advantage.
-Pay much more attention to your opponents and evaluate their potential holdings. You'll run into much more difficult players and quite a few very aggressive players that can be very tricky.
-You must attempt to steal your blinds more, and if the players let you do it, you can be very loose with the hands you choose to steal with.
-Try keep your VP$IP at 21-25% and PFR at 14-15%.
-You can also value bet a lot.
-Expect more swings!!
-Learn from your mistakes!
