Been lurking here long, and just had to vent.
Last night, Aussie Millions Satellite on Party, winner gets the trip to Australia, hotel, and entry to two tournies. 2nd place gets nada.
After 3 hours, I get second place.
Of course, I decided to quit poker forever, a promise that should last for at least 22 hours.
Anyone else just miss a cut that haunts them?

If it makes you feel any better, I have had 5 MTT finishes that were ten or fewer spots from the money in the last ten days. That includes a finish 1 away from the money, a finish 2 away from the money, and a finish 3 away from the money.

during my first year of poker on Poker School Online I qualified for a round three freeroll of about 350 people on new years day. 1 prize..$10K entry into the WPO in Tunica.
I lost 2/3s of my chips pretty quick (started with 10K)..then was up to about 400K at the final table.
We are at like 7 people left..I pickup rockets.
Make it 2.5x the BB (i would bet a little more now)...get two callers.
9 high flop, i bet, somebody pushes, I call. He has JJ and hits runner-runner straight.

I would have been 2nd in chips, so a huge shot at it.

I think if you google sdplayer you would find it even.
