Missed value bett?
 

Again im struggling to figure out when to value bet, this is an easy one i missed right? MP3 has stats of 60/9 postflop aggro of .5 while UTG has stats of 65/1.6 postflop .2.

To me, raising that turn is scarier than value betting the river (I do both, though).

Do you check the flop because you have position and can get a free card? Why not bet this flop?

You have little pot equity at this moment, so there is no reason to bet. A free card is much more valuable.

i checked because vs 4 opps i must likely behind. I have the chance to take a free card, plus i dont have any [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Yeah I'd value bet this. Someone else hitting the A is more likely than a flush.

Since you are up against two really fishy players it is a good chance that both will call. Even if someone has the flush they probably don't dare to raise you. That gives you really good odds for a value bet...

HUH?! He raised preflop, there are 3 other players in the hand. He might win outright, he might still have the best hand, he might make a pair fold. I bet this flop every time.

Oh, and I bet the river. There's no reason to believe you're not going to be shown AXo.
